Health and Benefits Consulting Director for China, Mercer

Greta Mikelonis is Mercer’s Health and Benefits (H&B) Consulting Director for China.  In this role Greta is responsible for managing and developing Mercer’s consulting projects for large clients in areas including audits, benchmarking, flex design, financial modeling, health and absence management and benefits review.   

Before transferring to the China H&B team in 2008, Greta spent six years in Mercer’s H&B business in Chicago. She is a fully qualified actuary with well-developed consulting skills and expertise particularly in pricing, valuations and modeling of insured or self-insured medical, disability and other healthcare related programs.  In addition she has worked with other Mercer business lines to develop streamlined solutions across the Total Rewards spectrum to meet client needs.

Greta graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.  She is a Fellow in the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
