Terms & Conditions:

1. Payment is currently only possible via bank transfer. After your registration, you will receive a payment notice with all relevant bank details.

Usually we only issue fapiao after receipt of the money. If your company has special provisions for payment, such as fapiao before payment, please let us know immediately, so that we can speed up the payment process.

If you have special requirements regarding fapiao, such as VAT exclusive fapiao, please also inform us upon receipt of the confirmation email

2. Attendance of the Summit is only possible with proof of payment (if payment was not received ahead of time).

3. Registered delegates should cancel their participation 24h prior to the start of the Summit, otherwise a no-show fee for the full participation amount will be charged.

4. Refunds for cancelations after May 20, 2017 cannot be granted.

5. You will receive a delegate badge on site for participation of the summit.

6. Please come on time to facilitate timely proceeding of the summit.
